Contact us: support@koini.io — we answer every message. Include your device model and, for a transaction issue, the tx hash and chain.
The app is free and we charge nothing. Each message is a blockchain transaction, so the network charges its normal fee ("gas"), paid from your wallet directly to the network. On most supported chains it's a fraction of a cent; on Ethereum mainnet it can be significantly more — the app shows the estimate before you sign.
No. Messages are written permanently to a public blockchain and cannot be altered by anyone. You can hide messages from your own view in the app.
Anyone. All messages are public blockchain data. Don't send anything private.
Open the message → action menu → Block sender hides all their messages on your device; Report opens a pre-filled email to us with the transaction details. Manage blocks in Settings → Blocked Addresses.
Pull down to refresh. Check you're connected with the address it was sent to, and that the sender used one of the eight supported chains. Older messages load via "Load older".
Make sure the wallet app is installed and up to date. EVM wallets connect through WalletConnect; Solana wallets through Mobile Wallet Adapter (Android) or the wallet's own link flow. Restarting both apps resolves most session issues.
