By using KŌINIchat you agree to these terms.
A free software client for composing, sending, and reading public messages on public blockchains. KŌINIchat is not a wallet, exchange, or financial service. It never holds your keys or funds, charges no fees, sells nothing, and takes no custody of anything. Transactions are signed in your own wallet app; network ("gas") fees are paid by you directly to the blockchain network and vary by chain and message length.
Every message you send is written permanently to a public blockchain. It cannot be edited or deleted by you, by us, or by anyone. You are solely responsible for what you send.
Do not use KŌINIchat to harass, threaten, defraud, spam, or violate any law. The app provides on-device tools to filter, hide, block, and report content, but the underlying blockchain data is outside anyone's control.
KŌINIchat is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Blockchains, wallets, and RPC endpoints are third-party systems we do not operate; we are not liable for their failures, for lost transactions or fees, for mistyped addresses, or for content authored by others. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOINI Global, LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app: zero.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance.
